All of us in Pill Wonder and Sunn Dagger are flying out to NY/NJ in a month to play the UP Showcase on August, 22nd. Due to the - as of now I'm sure you already know - massive success Ari, Brody and co. have been having with their record label, they have decided to have a very large blowout at the Silent Barn. Us PNWers, having never been outside of our backwards, flannel-obsessed, Kurt worshipping state, are more than excited at the prospect of playing in "The Big City."

In other news, WAKR Vol. 2 is out! It may seem like we at Wild Animal Kingdom (and by WE I mean ME) are just ridin' the coat-tails of UP after their extremely successful summer comp. but "we" are just trying to continue to put out the music of our friends each year - the specific goal being before the end of July, got done just in time. In fact, Wild Animal Kingdom and Underwater People's are more than friends, together as Underwater Kingdom we are going to be the next Warner Brothers, Stax and Geffen combined. Soon we will murder Paul McCartney, sign the Jonas Brothers make them shave their heads and have Steve Albini record their 3rd album; resurrect Michael Jackson and artificially inseminate each and everyone of our artists with his semen, then kill him and bury him next to his arch-enemy (other than his dad of course) Paul McCartney, who as you can recall we have already killed.
